New Years Special

Anyone who calls and books a photo session before January 2nd gets $50 off Happy Holidays!

Merry Christmas

I just wanted to wish everyone a Happy Holidays. We had a wonderful Christmas together as a family, I could not have asked for more. On the 26th we were able to go up to Banner Elk North Carolina with my parents and we had a really fun time. Jason, Bryce, my sister Robyn and her daughter Evy were all able to go to Grandfather Mountain. It was gorgeous. I got some really great photographs and can't wait to see how they turned out. There were two black bears there that were posed perfectly.
It was really nice to be able to do some nature photography, I have been so busy and have missed it, I look forward to sharing it with you.

Congratulations to the Chisms

A couple who I recently had the opportunity to photograph for their engagements, was married on Saturday in the Salt Lake City Temple. I wanted to say congratulations. It is evident by the way you two look at eachother that you are very much in love and perfect for eachother. I did not have to give them any coaxing in their shoot, they just went around the park all gooey eyed, it was adorable. I wish you a wonderful life together.

New Site Design

As I am typing my dogs are going absolutely crazy barking and I am just trying to tune them out, that is all I can do. Today I decided to change the design of my website, and I went for a classic look, I think that it will look better for weddings.

At Thanksgiving, my husbands family took some family pictures, so I have a ton from that, but I wanted to share one of my 18 year old Brother-in-law Jonathan. He was climbing a bridge and I looked down from above him and got this image. I really liked out it turned out, please let me know what you all think.

Christmas Decor

This has been such a busy holiday season for me. I have finally finished our Cards and will get them mailed soon, but we only got 25, Jason said that people can look and see a digital version on our blog and that counts. Men! I made my first gingerbread house for Family Home Evening last week, it was a lot of fun. Jason would work the icing and I placed all the pieces. I stuck to the design on the box, next year I will get more creative. I am putting the finishing touches on my home today, to bad they will be coming down in 3 weeks.

Work has been going great. I have had several brides contact me in just a week, I am glad that I decided to take the risk and go with The Knot. I am really enjoying life and am very grateful for all that I have.

Below is our Christmas Card, Enjoy!

Crazy Day

I have been trying to find a way to link my website to a blogspot blog for a long time, so today I created a new blog just for me and am going to find a way no matter what to get this linked to the site. Today has been a little crazy, Bryce, My 1 year old, has wanted me to old him while I am working, otherwise he screams, but when I have him in my lap while I work he pushes us away from the desk. It is actually quite commical.

I am excited about my new advertising efforts, I am now listed as a vendor for The Knot and The Wedding Channel, I am nervous, anxious and excited all in one. I am getting my web site ready and updated, so that it is more user friendly so that more Brides will want to talk with me. I have a wedding this month and next, so I hope to just start filling them up. Wish me luck. Well I need to get going, But I will leave you with a funny picture of Bryce on his Birthday.
